This stunning place surpassed by far all my expectations. In this virgin enormous spot of land that has been preserved and untouched you can see small buildings that respect the natural environment causing minimum disruption and allowing nature to be in the center of the experience. It is difficult to avoid admiring the award winning architecture or breathtaking views and impossible to remain untouched by the brilliance of how the owners and artists that created this heaven executed their vision. In the meantime, as the hours go by one feels the effect of such healing retreat lifestyle while enjoying the purest Mediterranean experience.

AT A GLANCE
Es Racó d’Artà is a Mediterranean healing retreat in Mallorca, to breath and balance soul and body. In an 13th century Mallorcan finca located in Llevant natural park, Antoni Esteva and Jaume Danus recovered its origins building a temple of peace to connect with nature. Sustainability and respect, generosity with its roots, nature, beauty and the local essence of the land seem to have been the values that drove them to make this dream come true. Welcome to a healing retreat in the purest Mediterranean way.
RETREATS AT ES RACÓ D’ARTÀ
Es Racó d‘Artà is an ideal place to connect with the potential within us. Being a retreat centre and also having the certificates to be a healing and medical centre we have focused our retreats from:
- Emotional wellness and mental health
- Yoga retreats
- Breathing techniques
- Kundalini yoga and meditation
- Elite concentrations to optimise, inspiration and brain capacity
- Therapeutic instruments (Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and gongs)
- Silent retreats
With the intention of “going back to the origins”, of working with products that come directly from our organic gardens and from small artisans and local producers who pamper and care for their land so that it can continue to give them fruit for many generations, we believe in fair trade, in respect for the product and the producer, in the affection and sincerity of each dish designed with delicacy according to the season of the year so as not to affect the natural rhythms of the harvests and the offspring.
Es Racó d’ Artà dates back to the XIII century and before that, it was a Berber settlement called Beni Axir, Beni Said, “sons of those who are happy”.
That is why we have named our gastronomic corner of the estate after this name, in honour of our origins, in gratitude to those who influenced our evolution and our cuisine, and finally, to those who have influenced who we are today.
The origins of Mediterranean cuisine go back five thousand years to Mesopotamia, Asia Minor and Egypt, the places where this rich cuisine began to be cooked or known, especially in the latter, to which we owe the knowledge of beer, the cultivation of wheat and consequently the production of bread, the cultivation of vines, beekeeping, the cultivation of vegetables and lastly fishing.
Sa Possessió is the main house of the estate. 8 suites of approximately 45 m2 with terrace or individual patio.
Distributed through the forest, you will find our beautiful cottages, spacious independent suites, predominantly exteriors and terraces, you will emerge in the full well-being, reflected in every detail of these cottages.
21 little houses of approximately 115 m2 with private terrace and some of them, a private pool.
SA MEVA CASA
A perfect place to connect with the forest, the countryside and the circadian rhythms of nature. Private house with 2 bedroom with suite bathrooms, living room, terrace, private car park and private pool.
Sa Finqueta is a private villa, a small independent natural paradise that belongs to Es Racó d’ Artà.
This beautiful house is located outside the main premises of the estate, just a minute and a half by car, therefore its privacy and exclusivity.
3 bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living room, private terrace and pool, private parking and E-mountain bikes.
